Twelve days through the geography and the culture of the whole country.
The route runs in a circle: out of Santo Domingo to the southwest, Bahía de las Águilas and Barahona, up into the mountains at Jarabacoa, along the north coast, into the Samaná peninsula, and down to Punta Cana.
Along the way: local initiatives, remote beaches, communities, historic sites and nature reserves, with the active days balanced against the slower ones.
