Impact trip for a US group-travel company, North Coast, 2025.

A guided group of 10 on a programme built around visits to community organisations near Cabarete and Puerto Plata. We handled ground operations in-country, with an emergency contact sheet naming our team.

Recurring FIT ground handling for a US cultural-immersion tour operator, Santo Domingo and Samaná, 2025–2026.

Small parties arriving through the year, for the operator’s own product:

  • airport transfers;
  • the El Limón waterfall;
  • whale watching in season;
  • kayak and eco-tours;
  • the Colonial Zone;
  • on-call support.

The same operator’s group of 12 followed in November 2025.

Private family programme for a Spanish tour operator, Santo Domingo and Samaná, 2026.

A city tour, community time in El Valle, Los Haitises by boat and Las Terrenas. Each service was confirmed with a programme confirmation and vouchers. Airport and inter-airport transfers for the same operator followed through the year.

Private group for a European tour operator, Santo Domingo and the East, New Year 2023–24.

Eleven travellers and their leader, with the city programme and a day on Isla Saona.

How we work

  1. You send the brief. Dates, group size, the kind of trip, your price point. A rough outline is enough to start.
  2. We design and cost it. A programme built around your travellers, at net rates, with realistic transfer times built into the route. Our guide to combining the regions shows how we plan routes.
  3. One point of contact. From first enquiry to the end of the trip, you deal with the same person.
  4. Before departure. Every service is reconfirmed. You receive a programme confirmation, service vouchers and in-country emergency contacts.
  5. On the ground. Our own coordination in the destination, with our team and network. Boat days depend on sea conditions, and we keep a land alternative ready.

Logistics we handle

Private transfers per vehicle, with driver, fuel and tolls included. Inter-airport transfers, late arrivals and long transfers between regions, including Santo Domingo to Samaná.

Group transfers by van or minibus, and guided programmes led by our team with local and community guides.

Boat days with established local boat operators: Isla Saona, Los Haitises, whale watching in Samaná Bay from January to March.

Group arrangements: staggered arrivals, dietary requirements, single-property stays.

Community experiences run with the people who host them: cooperatives, family-run guesthouses, community associations.
