Santo Domingo and the colonial south

The first city of the Americas, walked with a historian rather than a headset, and the country either side of it: the neighbourhoods where the city actually lives, the sugar mill ruins at Boca de Nigua, the rock art in the Pomier caves and the cacao country inland.
